Prior to setting up Forward Scout Frank was Executive Planning Director at Host Sydney, one of Australia’s most highly regarded and creative advertising agencies.
With over 20 years experience in research and planning in London, Melbourne and Sydney he has worked across a wide range of categories and brands.

DUNCAN BELL
Strategist
Duncan is a registered Architect turned brand strategist. Having decided his passion lay in planning brands rather than buildings he upped his skills via a Master of Marketing Degree. While doing so he won a scholarship as part of the Governments G’Day USA Programme and undertook a study tour of some of Silicon Valley’s finest and most famous. Enthusiastic, articulate, an excellent conceptual thinker and prodigiously productive, Duncan’s enthusiasm drives Forward Scout’s strategic output.

Project Manager & Business Manager - Distillery Botanica
There’s nothing Neo can’t do. Almost. A self proclaimed lover of the “hustle”, Neo has managed restaurants, small businesses and has now turned her hand to organising Forward Scout’s research projects and owned ventures. Working as the Business Manager on Distillery Botanica Gin, Neo co-ordinates supply, production, distribution, marketing, digital, events and everything in between. All of which she does with her unique blend of Botswana charm and Canadian friendliness.
